Deskside Technician

The Deskside Technician will provide client specific IT support to the End Users, handle IT related problems in order of priority and within the optimum time scale, in accordance with procedures and project SLA’s. Key Responsibilities
- IT support of users
- Hardware installation, movement and de-installation
- Diagnosing problems concerning personal hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners etc.)
- Small project management related with new hardware or software installation
- Software, patches and updates installation using MS SCCM Basic Networking experience
Needs to be resident of Italy
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 12 mesi
Stipendio: €2.000,00 - €2.500,00 al mese
Orario:
- Dal lunedì al venerdì
Possibilità di pendolarismo/trasferimento:
- 31100 Treviso, TV: Poter raggiungere agevolmente la sede lavorativa o avere intenzione di trasferirsi prima di iniziare il lavoro (Obbligatorio)
Esperienza:
- Supporto IT: 5 anni (Obbligatorio)
