**Challenges you’ll meet**:

- ** Define Delivery Process**: Establish the delivery process, workflow, frameworks, and metrics system, helping the team to adapt and optimize these practices
- ** Feature Delivery**: Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features
- ** Roadmap Management**: Build and maintain timelines in the roadmap
- ** Stakeholder Liaison**: Serve as the key contact point for stakeholders and other departments
- ** People Management**: Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential

**What kind of professional are we looking for?**
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 3 years as a Delivery Manager in a product company
- ** Stakeholder Management**: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with developers, designers, and management
- ** Technical Understanding**: Solid understanding of the technical aspects of game development
- ** Project Management Tools**: Proficiency with project management tools and roadmapping instruments
- ** Methodologies**: Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- ** Multi-project Management**: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines
