Gorgonzola hosts Navigations Air Systems (NAS) domain. The activity of NAS domain: avionics, navigation and radar systems for civil air traffic and technologies supporting the activities of civilian and military pilots, ATC controllers and technicians of several airlines, air traffic control agencies and Air Force around the world. Italy is the Group’s Competence center for the design, production and delivery of Navigation Aids products and Competence Centre for the delivery of non-Radar Surveillance Products.

Main tasks:

- Manage and lead the day-to-day repair process.
- Update repair databases.
- Evaluate and process RMAs in accordance with Thales’ procedures.
- Proactively update customers on repair status.
- Work with shop floor to plan in-house repair activities considering contractual commitments as well as Thales’ RTAT.
- Work closely with Procurement to manage outstanding repairs.

Run Repair reports.

Detailed tasks description and responsibilities
- Reporting to Spares & Repairs Manager.
- The Repair Admin is responsible for the whole execution of the repair process through Grow system as well as ERP.
- Create internal orders, repair orders and pro-forma Invoices. Create new projects if needed.
- The Repair Adm acts as the main point of contact for supporting Thales’ customers during the whole repair process, this includes:

- Regular customer updates on repair status, a proactive approach is required.
- Meeting to discuss repair order book with customers when required.
- Write formal letter when required.
- Recurrent meeting with Industry as well as Procurement to monitor and prioritize the components to be repaired in accordance with Thales’s targets and customer’s contract commitments.
- Run monthly report through Grow system and ERP.

Create and send repair offers to customers using the pre-approved price list where available.

Cooperate with bid department for ad-hoc offers.

**Education**:

- Bachelor degree or High school diploma plus 5 years of working experience or equivalent.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in executing processes through ERP.
- Excellent knowledge of a complex supply chain.
- Very good language skills in English, spoken and written (B2 Level)
- Very good language skills in Italian, spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of relevant national / international regulations and standards for air traffic control is desirable
