Lean Coordinator, FMCG, Varese Dettagli sul cliente Multinational Company, leader in the FMCG sector, is looking for a Lean Coordinator based in Varese. Descrizione Leads and supports implementation of the Lean TPM fundamentals. Through delivered integrated tactical implementation plans with specific focus on Lean TPM elements and tools. Responsible for ensuring site PMS structure, standard meetings, reporting systems and processes are effective and follow group standards Directs & uses performance management system to visualise and align metrics to ensure deliverables Responsible for ensuring Lean TPM problem solving methodologies are used to resolve day to day performance gaps and issues Embeds sustainable best practice & continuous improvement through leading process confirmation and execution of Lean TPM site audits Responsible for actively contributing to the development of site strategy as part of the site senior management team Reviews Lean TPM practices, successes & failureswith the objective of constantly moving the improvement of cost and performance Deploys Lean TPM target to end to end functions and leads the development of the implementation approach in alignment with Group KPI/KAI Responsible for ensure people ( direct reports) performance management processes are followed -regular individual performance appraisals are carried and people performance managed effectively and according to HR standards Builds people capability throughout the organisation fully utilising the community to gather momentum and grows individuals Profilo del Candidato University degree or necessary experience from relative positon in Supply Chain 5 years' experience within a production environment role (direct responsibly) and at least with 3 years at management level.
