Per un importante gruppo industriale in forte espansione, operante in zona nord Treviso, stiamo ricercando un Maintenance Manager (Responsabile della manutenzione) il quale, a riporto del Direttore Operativo, sarà incaricato di seguire i piani di manutenzione dei 4 siti industriali che lo compongono.

Il Responsabile della manutenzione avrà la il compito di coordinare un gruppo di 9/10 manutentori, curandone, attraverso uno stile di leadership efficace teso al miglioramento continuo, lo sviluppo delle capacità umane e tecniche attraverso una corretta cultura tempi/metodi e performance aziendale; punti chiave sono la definizione delle strategie e budget di manutenzione, interventi correttivi che puntino al miglioramento continuo e l'aggiornamento periodico circa il relativo andamento dei Vertici aziendali e della Proprietà.

Le aree di competenza, più nel dettaglio, comprendono quanto segue:

- manutenzione impianti, macchine e attrezzature di Gruppo;
- responsabile del coordinamento delle squadre di manutenzione interne;
- formazione obbligatoria e necessaria dei manutentori interni;
- miglioramento dell'attrezzatura a disposizione del personale interno per una più rapida ed efficiente esecuzione dei lavori;
- definizione dei piani di manutenzione preventivo, ordinario e straordinario di tutte le macchine e gli impianti dell'azienda in collaborazione con i responsabili di stabilimento;
- aggiornamento trimestrale verso i vertici aziendali (inclusa la Proprietà) circa lo stato dei macchinari e delle attrezzature;
- selezione fornitori e stipula contratti quadro con ditte esterne di manutenzione;
- gestione dei rapporti con gli enti di controllo per le revisioni periodiche degli impianti in collaborazione con HSE Department;
- sviluppo della cultura della sicurezza, quindi di supervisione delle norme e misure di sicurezza generali e specifiche prescritte per l'esecuzione dei lavori in collaborazione con HSE Department.

Le capacità tecnico/gestionali comprendono:

- conoscenza approfondita dei concetti ingegneristici: sistemi elettrici, idraulici e meccanici;
- capacità di interpretare progetti, specifiche e schemi;
- conoscenza del funzionamento dei sistemi di climatizzazione;
- conoscenza dei sistemi idraulici e dei sistemi di produzione aria compressa;
- conoscenza del funzionamento dei sistemi antincendio;
- conoscenza dei sistemi elettrici;
- conoscenza del funzionamento dei sistemi di termoregolazione e gestione impianti (BMS);
- conoscenza, capacità di lettura ed interpretazione della documentazione técnica;
- conoscenza ed abilità di tipo informatico;
- conoscenza ed abilità di tipo linguistico (inglese).
