**Riepilogo della funzione**

Il nostro reparto outbound logistics è alla ricerca di una persona che si unisca al nostro gruppo come shipping coordinator e contribuisca al consolidamento e crescita del reparto soddisfacendo le esigenze di aumento dei volumi di prodotti spediti oltre che dell’efficienza del processo di logística in uscita della sede produttiva di Parma.

**Requisiti essenziali**
- Comprovata esperienza lavorativa come coordinatore delle spedizioni, addetto alle spedizioni o in un ruolo simile nel dipartimento di logística
- Inglese fluente scritto e parlato rappresenta requisito indispensabile, altre lingue costituiscono valore aggiunto
- Familiarità con ERP per le funzioni legate ed esecuzione attività logística outbound, oltre che con software di tracking spedizioni di fornitori e clienti
- Orientamento alla comprensione delle dinamiche, ed esigenze di processo esterne alla pura attività logística, in ambito tecnico, produttivo, amministrativo, e loro correlazione con le attività logistiche
- Idoneità física a sollevare e trasportare pacchi, oltre che disponibilità a farlo all’occorrenza, in supporto agli addetti e mezzi di movimentazione aziendali
- Eccellenti capacità di gestione del tempo e delle priorità in contesto multitasking
- Propensione al dinamismo ed orientamento al cliente, all’eccellenza del servizio fornito

**Responsabilità**
- Operatività quotidiana outbound logistics spedizioni
- Reportistica delle attività di spedizione giornaliere
- Problem solving con clienti interni e esterni
- Coordinamento con spedizionieri
- Supporto a team administration logistics per requisiti documentali, doganali legati all’operatività logística
- Etichettatura prodotti in spedizione
- Conformità contenuto della spedizione ai dettagli dell’etichetta di spedizione
- Pianificazione dei pacchi per la spedizione
