**Who we are looking for**
- We are looking for an enthusiastic UX/UI Designer who is eager to help build a superior online shopping experience for our e-commerce stores in BasicNet Group.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in UI/UX design, graphic design, or a related field;
- Passion for UI/UX design and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field;
- Knowledge of basic UI/UX principles and best practices;
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma;
- Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms;
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams;
- Eagerness to contribute to a superior online shopping experience through UI/UX design;
- Knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

**Key responsabilities**
- Drive the UX/UI product process from conception to launch, ensuring that the product meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders;
- Work closely with clients to gather feedback and understand their needs and
- requirements, to validate UX/UI;
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements, ensuring that they align with the company's overall strategy and goals;
- Create detailed user stories, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate product requirements to the development team;
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate product features and identify areas for improvement;
- Analyse data to measure the success of product features and make data-driven decisions to improve the product.
