You support category planning teams by translating category plans for sales team execution.

**How you will contribute**

You will:

- Work with the category team to determine optimal portfolio assortment and high revenues activities
- Support with the formulation of customer plans and subsequent monitoring
- Coordinate and manage the commercial set-up of sales activation
- Provide customer, channel and trade expertise and recommendations in the launch of new products
- Validate Launch Support Fees and track performance and complete reconciliation as required
- Prepare customer solutions (e.g. Tailor-made activations, events) in a co-operation with the Customer Activation team
- Evaluate the execution of activities vs the plan - drivers, implementation of learning into further activations

**More about this role**

He is involved into strategic usage definition according with technical product peculiarities and operators needs.

He supports the Out Of Home Team in driving penetration and developing business, reporting to Trade Marketing Manager (OOH MM) but working in close relation with Sales and Marketing to guarantee educational session and specific specialized support (mainly Philadelphia but also Sottilette and Osella).

He is able to advise professional customers about the use of our professional products demonstrating different methods/techniques and developing folders/materials to support it. A big part of the working time is spent with our direct sales force working on the channel in order to support with technical skills the commercial relation.

He provides insights and inspiration on new trend/usages, thus creating new business opportunities.

He provides an internal professional perspective in the development of new products, supporting Marketing/R&D with the right insights.

He supports the KAM into customers meeting and is qualified to discuss technical implementation of our food solutions with R&D and Chefs counterparts.

He supports in the organization and preparation of product presentations (internal and external), providing solid and meaningful selling-stories.

He participates in sales team meetings, trade fairs and workshops mainly in IT but also abroad.

He supports the Snack BU in educational session and specific specialised support on snack portfolio when requested. He provides insights and inspirations on new trend/usages also on Snack products.

He is the key person to deliver Brand Educational Plan to professional operators being responsible of coordination and preparation of official materials/videos.

He supports marketing in Brand Licensing projects both with the business partner and with internal stakeholders.

This vacancy is related to a part-time job - 32h per week (Monday to Thursday).

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
