**IT Director
La risorsa, a diretto riporto del CFO, coordinerà un team composto da risorse interne e fornitori esterni, con l'obiettivo di guidare i processi aziendali in ottica di trasformazione digitale ridisegnandoli ai fini di efficientamento, individuando soluzioni strategiche che permettano l’evoluzione dei sistemi aziendali e la transizione e l’uniformazione dei sistemi ERP nel rispetto delle policy sulla sicurezza dei dati, compliance normativa, continuità operativa e dei livelli di servizi previsti.

**Principali responsabilità**:

- Predisposizione dei piani di trasformazione strategica a livello IT e dei piani operativi di implementazione di nuove tecnologie sia a livello software che hardware e presentazione degli stessi alla Direzione Generale;
- Supervisione e gestione operativa, in linea con le disposizioni aziendali, dei piani e delle soluzioni per la Sicurezza informatica e di privacy compliance;
- Gestione e monitoraggio dei risultati raggiunti dei progetti IT in essere, in stretta collaborazione con il proprio team e con tutti gli stakeholders eventualmente coinvolti per assicurare i livelli di servizio adeguati;
- Predisposizione, gestione e monitoraggio del budget IT, garantendo l’efficienza in termini di costi e l’efficacia in riferimento alle azioni previste;
- Gestione delle relazioni con fornitori e vendor IT.

**Requisiti richiesti**
- Comprovata esperienza nella gestione di progetti ICT e di Change management, maturata all’interno di aziende di medie dimensioni;
- Esperienza nei processi di implementazione, migrazione e gestione dei software di ERP(es. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX/365, ecc.) e integrazione con MES.
- Buona conoscenza dei principali framework di riferimento per la gestione delle competenze ICT e solida esperienza lato Project Management e IT Governance
- Ottime competenze relazionali, comunicative e manageriali.
