**Position in the organization chart of “Production and warehouse department”**:
Reporting to TD-PRD-SHOP Plant Manager

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Collect, from all the company departments (Production, Service, etc...), the short-term requirements of mechanical / electrical / insulation / lubrification contractors and properly allocate resources (contractors for erection or for inspection and tests)
- Issue Purchase Orders for services to Contractors including a clear scope of supply description and timeline with milestones and related legal aspects
- Establishing frame agreements with Contractors on standard units or wherever applicable
- Organize contractors training meeting.
- Track growth plans of each Contractor, directly in contact with contractors’ management asking documentation, tools, qualifications, which may be requested by other departments (quality dpt. or EHS dpt.). Issue Non-conformity or claims in case they occur.
- Collect the feedback on contractors from the field and from other departments in order to update the contractor rating and fix proper action plans.
- Scout and research new contractors duly considering the requirements from all the involved departments and according to the sales perspectives in the middle / long term.
- Analyzing the data and the KPI coming from the production process, put in place improvement actions
- Make estimation of the impact in terms of time, equipment, cost of Erection activities for new projects as required by the sales department - issuing RfQ
- Give support to other departments considering the specific know-how, in case of request
- Support the production and warehouse manager in the department approval process of new project (Check List and Contract Analysis)
- According with the procedure, report and management of Non-conformity, claims, corrective or preventive action.

**Main skills required**:

- Good knowledge of system as energy power plant, oil gas plant, chemical plant, and it’s main components
- Good knowledge of work organization models
- Excellent capability of data analysis in order to prepare work load forecast
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of Arxivar software
- Excellent knowledge of ERP (Navision) software
- Good capability of planning and organizing of its own work
- Good capability of identify issues and analyze the causes
- Excellent capability of problem solving
- Good capability of relationship with colleagues
- Excellent capability of relationship with contractors
- Excellent capability of planning and management
- Good capability of teamwork and/or of team leading
- Excellent capability of track and achieve the targets
- Good capability of reporting of the activities carried out

- Clear knowledge of his own role inside the Quality Health Safety Environment system (QHSE)
- Excellent Knowledge of Quality Health Safety Environment (QHSE) procedures with especially focus on the non conformity procedure.

**Linguistic skill**:
Knowledge English Language B2

Knowledge German Language B2 will be considered as an advantage
