**Posizione**:
Per azienda multinazionale basata a Parma, siamo alla ricerca di un/una:
**IT GENERALIST JR
La persona selezionata, inserita all'interno del dipartimento IT, si occuperà di:

- assicurare il continuo supporto a tutti gli utenti aziendali, con particolare focus sull'installazione, la configurazione e la risoluzione delle problematiche su sistemi HW e SW;
- seguire il backup dei dati ed il sistema di protezione dei dati;
- supporto nella gestione delle relazioni con i provider esterni (centri dati, compagnie telefoniche, fornitori di HW, ecc)

**Requisiti**:

- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (minimo livello, B2)
- passione per il settore IT;
- buona conoscenza delle infrastrutture LAN e Active Directory;
- ottima predisposizione al lavoro in team e alle relazioni interpersonali.

Si offre inserimento con iniziale rapporto di stage, finalizzato al mantenimento in azienda.

Rimborso mensile: 700 €
