**KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

With the goal to further improve the customer experience and expand its business model, Casavo is launching its mortgage service as a startup within the company. This represents an unparalleled opportunity to build the foundation of a new and strategic product. You will be responsible for:

- Coordination of activities related to mortgage documents collection with relevant stakeholders (bank clerks, buyers, real estate agents and notaries);
- Coordination of all buyer financing-related activities (Due Diligence scheduling, management of asset specific documentation, etc..);
- Support buyers with the selection of suppliers in support of the mortgage inquiry process;
- Work in tandem with Tech and Product Teams in developing enabling technologies in support of the mortgage process, representing the Voice of Customer from buyers’ as well as partner banks’ perspective.
