- POSTING DATE: Jun 7, 2023- JOB FAMILY: Omnichannel & Retail development- LOCATION: ItalyPer il nostro team di After Sales stiamo cercando una figura che supporti, con un approccio Omni-channel, i network aziendali rispetto a flussi e processi After Sales mantenendo ed elevando l'eccellenza della client satisfaction e della client experience.

Lo stagista avrà l'opportunità di affiancare i referenti aziendali ed essere attivamente coinvolto nelle seguenti attività:

- Gestione delle relazioni e dei contatti con tutte le Region WW;
- Elaborazione di richieste di materiali e gestione dei flussi (bulk order, replenisment, kit);
- Supporto all'Ufficio Riparazioni nella gestione dei casi After Sales per le boutiques EMEA;
- Gestione di ordini/merce tra le piattaforme nazionali (spare parts, tessuti);
- Gestione e controllo flussi ed attività ordinarie.

Requisiti:

- Diploma di scuola superiore in istituto tecnico del settore;
- Conoscenza fluente dell'italiano e dell'inglese;
- Una precedente esperienza di stage, anche breve, nel settore After Sales è considerata un plus;
- Capacità di reportistica;
- Forte competenza nelle applicazioni Microsoft tra cui Word, Excel, e PowerPoint;
- Ottime capacità di pianificazione, organizzazione e gestione del tempo.
