Key Accountabilities Design OT cyber security solutions and related technical architectures
Research and design the technical architecture of cyber security platforms for Barilla OT environments, as needed at both central and local (plant) level, according to the corporate cyber security strategy, industry best practices and best-of-breed solutions available on the market.
Identify and solve system integration issues of such platforms with other systems (in Barilla or outside) as well as security design gaps, proposing changes and enhancements.
Provide cost estimations, interacting with IT and OT vendors to define technical and service requirements and related KPIs and SLAs.
Promote a security by design approach in all operations-related Barilla units, as well as with external vendors and partners.
Oversee the global implementation of OT cyber security solutions
Manage projects aimed at deploying OT security platforms across all Barilla geographies, with an end-to-end approach, according to the Managers guidance and interacting with multiple parties (IT, business, external partners).
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth test execution, platform startup, contingency countermeasures and follow-ups.
Take care of the OT cyber security dimension in corporate projects that may have an impact on the company cyber security posture and/or require enhancements to the OT platforms in scope and the way they interact with other systems.
Ensure that cyber security policies and procedures are applied at local level, in compliance with corporate policies and industry standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, ISA/IEC 62443). Manage OT cyber security solutions
Ensure daily operation and monitoring of OT cyber security platforms, with a proactive attitude to fine tuning and continuous improvement in terms of outcomes, functionalities and performance.
Keep OT cyber security platforms at their optimal working conditions, with proper maintenance services and upgrades, in cooperation with external service providers and colleagues in plants.
Provide OT cyber security events monitoring, assessment and incident response
Leveraging the OT security platforms, regularly monitor events, identify potential/actual threats and analyze them if needed, also in coordination with external monitoring services.
Prepare OT system security reports bycollecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Perform or supervise security assessments on the OT environment in Barilla, vulnerability discovery, risk analyses, and support the plants in defining/prioritizing remediation measures.
Be part of a dedicated, business-connected OT cyber security competence center
Be an internal reference point for OT cyber security matters, technical solutions, standards and methodologies.
Propose, in relation to business needs and technological trends, plans and programs for the development of the technological areas relating to the managed systems; identify solutions/products on the market that can answer to specific needs; evaluate possible implementations in Barilla environment.
Cooperate with the Manager in the definition of long-term development of the OT cyber security practice at Barilla and its global governance and compliance.

**Qualifications**:
2/3 years of experience in the cyber security field, participating to projects in one or more of the following areas:
IT/OT security, industrial automation (manufacturing/processing/warehousing), IT/OT system integration, Industry 4.0, cyber risk assessment.
University Degree in Information technology, ICT engineering, automation engineering, information security, computer science, industrial engineering or similar.
Relevant technical background in the following areas and related technological solutions:
cyber security practices, networking, industrial automation processes/platforms/standards (e.g. PLC, SCADA, HMI, Fieldbus, etc.).
Experience in managing IT/automation projects, ideally in an international context, including the direct coordination of technical vendors and service partners.
Orientation to problem solving, proactivity and delivering results, also under pressure.
Ability to communicate effectively across different cultures and with people of mixed technical background.
Fluency in Italian and English is a must.
Availability to business trips, according to projects and needs, to plants, warehouses, mills in Italy and abroad.
Certifications such as the following ones will be a nice-to-have:
ISA/IEC 62443, GICSP, CSSA, CEH, CISSP, CISM, Security+, ISO 27001, ITIL, CAP, SANS ICS/SCADA Security Essentials, NIST 800 series, project management (PMP, PRINCE2).
