**Concrètement votre quotidien ?**

L'équipe Marketing de BNPParibas Asset Management basée à Rome a la responsabilité de créer des supports marketing destinés à favoriser la promotion et la vente des fonds d'investissement de BNPPAM au sein de BNL, le réseau de distribution du Groupe BNP Paribas. L'ensemble de ces supports sont mis à disposition sur des plateformes digitales dont elle assure la gestion et l'animation.

Au sein du département Marketing ,vos principales missions sont de:

- contribuer à la réalisation de contenus financiers sur les fonds d'Investissement de la gamme BNPPAM commercialisée en Italie et à les publier sur les plateformes digitales dédiées aux Conseillers du réseau BNL (news, infographies, videos...)
- Suivre et analyser les données d'utilisation des différents support marketing publiés sur la plateforme web à partir d'indicateurs clés (KPIs) propres à chaque support et mettre en place des plans d'action en fonction des résultats
- Contribuer à la gestion de l'APP INFONDO dédiée aux clients par la création de news et de contenus, assurer sa promotion et monitorer les résultats en termes d'utilisateurs et de vues.

Cette mission VIE vous permettra d'avoir des interactions tant avec les gérants de fonds d'investissements, les équipes de ventes et du Digital de BNPPAM ,qu'avec le distributeur BNL, ses differentes business lines (Retail, Private Banking et Life Bankers) et le Product Office.

Au sein d'un environnement international, le département Client Marketing Office Individuals est une équipe de 8 personnes qui couvre principalement l'Europe avec des collaborateurs basés localement en France, Belgique et Italie.
Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe Group Networks de BNPPAM, constituée d’une soixantaine de Sales spécialisés en épargne financière répartis dans différents pays d'Europe et en Asie. Notre équipe marketing produit des supports relatifs aux fonds d'investissement et à la thématique ESG en collaboration avec notre Sustainability Centre. Elle assure la promotion de ces supports auprès des Conseillers des réseaux de distribution internes du Groupe BNP Paribas via des plateformes digitales locales dédiées. Elle crée également des cours de micro learning intégrant une forte dimension "gaming" destinés à accroître l’expertise des conseillers bancaires et lance des campagnes de test de connaissance, le tout via des plateformes web ou App dédiées.

Oui, si vous êtes titulaire d’un master avec une spécialisation en marketing digital et/ou finance.

Vous justifiez d’une expérience de 6 mois minimum, stage et alternance inclus, sur un poste similaire.

Vous avez de solides connaissances en matière de marketing, contenu éditorial, gestion de contenu, et en marchés financiers transversaux.

Vous parlez couramment l’anglais et vous maîtrisez l'italien.

Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le Pack office et disposez de bonnes compétences en mass-mailing.

De plus, votre synthèse et votre adaptabilité seront des atouts essentiels. Ajoutez à cela votre communication et votre rigueur ainsi que votre organisation pour finir de nous convaincre.
