Headquartered in Turin, Italy, the company operates on intangible aspects through a global network of licensees who produce and distribute its products, and offers various services to its network, such as research, development, global marketing, and information technology.

**Posizione**:
Siamo alla ricerca di una nuova risorsa che si occuperà di gestire l'assistenza técnica ed informatica rivolta a tutti i dipendenti, da remoto e in loco, presso la sede aziendale. Inoltre, fornirà supporto nel continuo aggiornamento del sistema informativo, con l'obiettivo di migliorare la gestione del servizio stesso.

**Key Responsabilities**

configurazione hardware e software per PC, stampanti, telefoni VoIP, smartphone;
gestione e monitoraggio delle richieste degli utenti, da remoto e in loco, tramite il sistema di ticketing Help Desk;
preparazione/installazione/aggiornamento di PC/licenze/sostituzione di parti hardware;
risoluzione dei problemi tecnici e supporto, gestione dei dispositivi e delle loro funzionalità (stampanti/Wi-Fi/PC/proiettori);
gestione amministrativa dei fornitori IT (preventivi e ordini);
**Requisiti**:

- Diploma di maturità informatica o partecipazione a corsi tecnici specifici;
- conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese;
- conoscenza dell'hardware informatico;
- esperienza pregressa, anche breve, nel settore informatico nelle stesse mansioni;
- conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta (B2).

**Si offre un contratto a tempo determinato per sostituzione maternità.**
