We are opening a building of 12 apartments close to Piazza San Marco and we are looking for a Rooms Division Manager.

**Job responsibilities**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the main tasks will be:

- Implement the systems and procedures for the proper functioning of the building.
- P&L control and monthly meeting with Italy Operations Manager and Head of Operations.
- Check and upload invoices to the Finance dpt. Using Easyap program.
- Make sure that the apartments meet the quality and comfort standards set by Be Mate.
- Prepare the documents and reports for the morning briefing.
- Management and coordination of Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Service departments.
- Organize work shifts and holidays.
- Control that the established annual budgets are fulfilled, notify and correct any possible deviation.
- Collection control and daily closing, manage and check Petty cash.
- Verify that the published rates are in accordance with the policy established by the revenue team.
- Control that the reservation policies are correctly applied.
- Supervise the different types of distribution, commissions, and collection methods.
- Manage and reply to reviews on different platforms, responding to the negative and neutral ones. Positive reviews can be answered by receptionists.
- Inform the Italy Operations Manager about all matters of interest (Incidents, achievements, possible improvements, results, etc).
- Send the weekly report on Mondays to the Italy Operations Manager and Dirección Operaciones.
- Coordinate actions with third-party companies and central departments. (ex. Cleaning outsourcing).
- Stock control, inventories, and purchase request, managing relations with suppliers, security management and control.
- + 5 years of previous experience as Front desk agent or similar, preferably in touristic apartments.
- Excellent use of Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
- Management of Analytics, Channel Manager, and PMS of the industry.
