**The partner**:
Ricerchiamo un **Maintenance Supervisor** per azienda leader nella produzione di macchinari industriali.

**The role**:

- Supervisionare e coordinare le attività di manutenzione.
- Gestire un team di tecnici di manutenzione, fornendo orientamento, formazione e supporto.
- Diagnosi e risoluzione di problemi tecnici complessi su apparecchiature e impianti.
- Mantenere accurata documentazione delle attività di manutenzione e delle risorse utilizzate.
- Identificare opportunità di miglioramento delle procedure e implementare azioni correttive.
- Garantire il rispetto delle normative di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro.

**Requisiti**:
**Mandatory skills**:

- Formazione in ambito tecnico o ingegneristico.
- Precedente esperienza maturata in attività di manutenzione.
- Esperienza nella gestione di team e capacità di leadership.
- Conoscenza delle normative di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro.
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.

**Optional skills**:

- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni.
