Pfizer is hiring a talented and experienced Policy&Public Affairs (PPA) Project Manager to support the team in overseeing and managing all the operational aspects of PPA projects/key initiatives (and related Patient Advocacy initiatives).

The person in this role will be working closely with PPA Strategic Initiatives Lead and with the PPA Sr Managers to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, budget, and schedules are on track.

This position will require close collaboration and coordination with all the Corporate Affairs team and other functions including BUs, Legal, Compliance, Finance and other colleagues in relevant functions.

The person will report to the PPA Director, with a dotted line with the PPA Strategic Initiatives Lead.

- Key Experience Offer of this Role- This role is dynamic, highly collaborative, and covers a broad range of strategic initiatives that are critical to our business in all the different therapeutic areas.- Primary Responsibilities- Conduct regular project review meetings to monitor and control projects progress with respect to scope, time and cost and provide timely update to PPA Director and PPA Strategic Initiatives Lead- With acknowledgment of the project, prepare a detailed project timeline plan using appropriate project tracking tools, closely working with PPA/CA owners; engage key internal stakeholders (legal, compliance) for all the projects stages as required- Develop and review project plans and budgets, tracks project/ budget status, identify and negotiate resolution of issues, escalating as necessary and ensure project tasks are completed according to established timelines- Devise implementation plan and interact with the team for risk identification, plan for mitigation and implementation throughout the project lifecycle- Debottlenecking initiatives to improve the project life cycle and lightspeed implementation- Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing all the assigned projects- PPA central point of contact at operations unit for smooth execution of projects- Provide support to the team as super user of certain systems and processes (e.g. MAPP); compliance projects tracker and initiatives;

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or similar field- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical sector- Solid project management skills (previous experience in Project Management is highly preferred)- Fluency in Italian & English required- Internal Relationship Management (Leadership without Authority Project Management)- Results-oriented attitude- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams- Adherence to Pfizer Values: Courage, Excellence, Equity and Joy.

Preferred Qualifications- Previous experience as Project Manager is highly preferred
