**INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS SPECIALIST**:
A diretto riporto dell’IMS Manager ricerchiamo per la nostra sede di Genova un/una:
INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS SPECIALIST

con lo scopo di supportare l'IMS Manager nel definire il Sistema di Gestione Integrato aziendale (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Public Health, SMS) in conformità alle normative nazionali, internazionali ed agli standard tecnici previsti, partecipando attivamente alla predisposizione delle procedure aziendali e alla redazione delle istruzioni operative.
Inoltre si richiede di curare l'esecuzione degli audit di I° e II° parte per gli standard ISO 9001 e 45001, contribuire alla redazione del Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi aziendali, e all’individuazione delle misure di prevenzione e protezione dai rischi individuati e collaborare con il RSPP per la definizione del protocollo di Sorveglianza Sanitaria.

**PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA’**:
Garantire il miglioramento continuo del SGI collaborando con i referenti dei vari standard all'interno del dipartimento QHSSE (OSO 9001, ISO 45001, Public Health, ISO 14001 e SMS).
Collaborare, supportando le funzioni aziendali interessate all' individuazione e alla validazione delle metodologie e delle tecniche per il controllo dei processi e dei prodotti.
Pianificare e monitorare le azioni per il miglioramento continuo del SGI, attraverso l'organizzazione di audit di I° e II° parte su processi, aree funzionali, fornitori per verificare che tutte le attività dell'organizzazione siano svolte nel rispetto delle procedure definite dall'azienda in accordo alle norme di riferimento.
Analizzare le non conformità del SGI, individuando e collaborando con i process owner per la definizione delle azioni correttive.
Collaborare alla predisposizione della documentazione prevista dal SGI (manuali, procedure e relazioni tecniche) garantendone la revisione e l'aggiornamento periodico.
Fornire i dati di input per il Riesame della Direzione annuale collaborando con il Comitato QHSSE aziendale per la parte di competenza.
Proporre indicatori del SGI per il monitoraggio di performances dei processi.
Utilizzare i sistemi informatici attuali e futuri che si rendano necessari a garantire la disponibilità dei documenti, la gestione degli eventi accidentali, le NC/AC, i programmi di miglioramento, la normativa applicabile, la valutazione dei rischi.
Fornire a IMS Mgr, con cadenza mensile, informative relative allo stato di conformità ed applicazione del SGI per la parte di competenza.

**REQUISITI RICHIESTI**:
Almeno 1 anno di esperienza in ruolo analogo.
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B1-B2).
Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office.
