**Job Description**:
We are currently looking for an Intern within Shoes Procurement & Purchasing area who will support Bottega Veneta Shoes Operation team based in Vigonza (Padova).

How you will contribute?
- Supporto per lo svolgimento delle attività inerenti agli acquisti e alla gestione delle materie prime, lavorazioni e componenti per il prodotto calzatura;
- Seguire le attività dedicate al sistema Qualità Materie Prime e alla successiva formazione dei fornitori per il corretto utilizzo;
- Supporto all’amministrazione di magazzino per le verifiche dei carichi e al controllo di gestione;
- Interfaccia con i fornitori/calzaturifici per la condivisione delle informazioni relative all’ arrivo della merce alle destinazioni dei materiali;
- Predisposizione di reportistica specifica e di file di avanzamento produzione e monitoraggio degli ordini di materia prima e componenti;
- Supporto quotidiano alle risorse senior del team nelle attività operative.
- Sviluppo di conoscenze di sistemi gestionali aziendali quali Stealth, strumenti di Business Intelligence e contributo a progetti di miglioramento.

Who you are?
- Una risorsa laureata in Ingegneria Gestionale, Statistica o in discipline economiche;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare di Excel);
- La conoscenza di gestionali aziendali quali Stealth, AS400, PLM è requisito preferenziale;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta;
- Buona capacità di pianificazione del proprio lavoro e precisione;
- Attitudine al lavoro di squadra, flessibilità e buone doti comunicative.
