**What we are looking for**

Amplifon is looking for a talented Global Planning & Control Manager to join the Global Planning & Control team.

The Global Planning & Control function is promoting the key added value initiatives for the group and is determining long and short-term financial goals, outlining the company's financial direction.

With a solid line to the Group Planning and Control Sr Director, the person is going to support the management in taking relevant decisions by providing insights and analysis on the business performance.

**Position detail**

The Global Planning & Control Manager will be accountable for:

- Manages the global 3 years plans and the monthly Forecast (for both, P&L and Balance Sheet)
- Leases with regions and countries' finance teams
- Ensures achievement of financial targets & implements action plans
- Prepares management reporting for the Board of Directors
- Buddies with business partners on all elements of financial performance and strategy
- Manages at least one junior resource

**What you'll need Education and experience**

University degree (with preference to Economics)

7-10 years of experience in Finance and Planning & Control function

Previous experience in a multinational and complex environment

Fluency in English

International experience is a plus and open to relocating abroad
