PugliaThe plant manager defines and implements the site industrial strategy, in order to ensure that the site's products are Importante Azienda available in compliance with regulations and quality, safety, costs and deadlines. - Organize the plant's resources (human, financial, technical) in compliance with safety requirements, product quality and deadlines -Ensure the profitability and performance of the production lines -Monitor the depreciation of equipment, the management of general maintenance and structural costs (payrol, supplies, fleet management, et.). -Manage the site's performance:
define and monitor the main performance indicators, and implement the necessary corrective actions. -Report regularly to CEO and Industrial Director -Ensure thequality of the industrial activity (product quality, process, environmental management) and implement a policy of continuous improvement. -Define investment needs in conjunction with the Operations Department for the short, medium and long term. -Enforce the company's environmental and safety policies.
