Sarai parte attiva della crescita della nostra practice Tech&Telco. Supportiamo sin dal nostro ingresso sul mercato i principali player di riferimento del settore telco, finance, retail e molto altro. Aiutiamo i nostri clienti nella gestione e governance di progetti digital, innovativi e di performance improvement, supportandoli anche nell’ottimizzazione di processi trasversali. Insieme a loro definiamo un’appropriata strategia tecnologica, accompagnandoli durante le fasi di progettazione e di implementazione. Grazie alle nostre competenze multidisciplinari, possiamo migliorare le loro operations, utilizzando metodologie di Task Automation o di Process Reengineering.

**Technical Lead**

**Sei tu il nostro nuovo collega?**

Hai maturato un’esperienza compresa tra i 4 e i 7 anni presso primarie società di consulenza e sei in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

- Pregressa esperienza nella gestione di piccoli team; maturata in ambito ICT, nell’implementazione funzionale di processi, adottando un approccio metodologico e strutturato alla gestione dei progetti;
- Esperienza nella gestione di progetti in ambito IT, preferibilmente nel settore della gestione dei processi IT;
- Esperienza in attività di governance in progetti IT complessi;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno B2).

**Sarai coinvolto in attività di**:

- Progetti e sviluppi, proponendo soluzioni e confrontandosi con i Direttori dell’area e la Direzione ICT;
- Project / program management;
- Gestione dell’intero ciclo di vita dei progetti IT;
- Analisi e reingegnerizzazione dei processi di business;
- Analisi dei processi IT, Governance e Change Management.
