The **Enterprise/Operational Risk & Internal Control **specialist is part of Worldline Merchant Services Italia’s Second Line of Defence Risk, and its primary responsibility is to ensure supervision of the risk process of the Company and support all Departments in defining, implementing and updating their processes.

Under the responsibility of the local Risk & Regulated Document Manager, the Enterprise/Operational Risk & Internal Control acts to identifying, analyzing, monitoring and controlling corporate and operational risk of the Company.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Definition, execution and monitoring of Risk Assessment, supporting the Business Units in identifying and assessing the operational risks;
- Ensure that control functions operate properly within the organization
- Support in assessing the risks associated with new processes, products and outsourcing;
- Coordination and monitoring of first-level internal controls execution;
- Implementation and management of the second line of internal controls, based on the Group's control framework;
- Monitoring and support in the execution of action plans related to the outcomes of internal controls;
- Monitoring, follow-up and support on the management of findings and recommendations issued Following inspections (Internal Audit, Regulators,);
- Monitoring the register of outsourcing;
- Monitoring of internal incidents;
- Reporting vs. Board of Directors, Management Committee, Company Committees, Regulators.
- Support in the drafting of internal procedures and, in particular, in the text of internal controls.
- Risk Assessment using analytics method based on data analysis and predictive methodology

**Skills we can’t do without**:

- Bachelor degree in Economics/ Law/ Management Engineering/ Engineering/ Phisics.
- Proven in-depth knowledge of risk assessment methodology and internal controls management.
- Required 2 to 4 years of experience in internal controls / identification and assessment of risks / internal Audit.
- He have to be able to work under pressure and with the ability to manage multiple and varied activities at the same time, in order to get internal and regulatory deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of the suite MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent knowledge of business intelligence platform (preferred Power BI).
- Fluent written/spoken English
