**Head Actuarial Risk Monitoring - Protection & Saving**

La figura ricercata assumerà la responsabilità dell’ufficio Risk Monitoring - Actuarial Department e dovrà occuparsi delle seguenti attività:

- Sviluppare una comprensione dettagliata dei portafogli savings e protection della compagnia, in termine di pricing, risultato tecnico, closing e profit share, contributo S2 e IFRS, riassicurazione;
- Dare informazioni, spiegazioni e formalizza, con numeri ad-hoc, i vari rischi/problemi che pesano sul portafoglio prodotti, per poi elaborare e proporre delle proposte per rimediare a questi rischi In collaborazione con le altre strutture aziendali;
- Mantenere, completare e ottimizzare i dashboard savings e protection sotto il controllo della squadra risk monitoring per fornire una rappresentazione completa dei rischi che pesano sul portafoglio prodotti;
- Predisporre e presentare la documentazione necessaria ai vari comitati di gruppo relativi al risk monitoring (comitati di sottoscrizione e comitati di risk monitoring, anziché i comitati locali come l'USPC, etc.);
- Sviluppare capacità a muoversi in un modo indipendente dai altri uffici a partire del data a disposizione delle squadre attuariale.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Economia e Finanza, Economia delle banche, Assicurazioni e Intermediari Finanziari, in Scienze Statistiche e Attuariali, Matematica;
- Esperienza di almeno 5/7 anni come attuario maturata all’interno di Compagnie Assicurative e/o in realtà consulenziali con focus in ambito Solvency II e/o IFRS;
- Ottima conoscenza di Power BI, VBA e Python;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata);
- Capacità di analizzare con criticità i risultati;
- Attitudine a lavorare per obiettivi e in team;
- Attitudine alla proattività, flessibilità, gestione delle scadenze e dello stress
