Our Turbomachinery & Process Solutions team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production, and processing of energy. As a team with integrity, we create value with impactful decisions by effectively connecting ideas and people.

You will be our focal point of Quality, guiding the team in order to meet quality goals. Continuous Improvement and QMS compliance.

As a Production Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Having ownership including both quality assurance and quality control. Includes quality assurance of products, services, manufacturing processes
- Including conformance in manufacturing, incoming goods control, product inspection, witness points
- Working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities, and giving explanations on technical issues
- Communicating with direct team and supervisor as well as presenting to internal teams on metrics, project status and research.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Technical Bachelor's degree in a related field or demonstrate equivalent, relevant professional experience
- Have relevant experience within a Quality, Manufacturing, or Engineering environment
- Have the ability to analyze problems and identify root causes
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in Italian and English
