Sfruttando le competenze e il know how acquisito in ambito informatico, l’azienda cresce e si trasforma in una industria innovativa composta da cinque aree di business: software, healthcare, automation, robotica e green innovation, con l’obiettivo di garantire un elevato livello qualitativo dell’offerta su tre fronti: informatica, elettronica e meccanica.
**Posizione**:
Si ricerca una figura come Service and Support engineering da inserire all'interno della Divisione Green Innovation; mission della business unit è fornire soluzioni innovative per il risparmio energetico dell'individuo e dell'azienda con la distribuzione di inverter fotovoltaici e sistemi di accumulo intelligenti. La risorsa dovrà fornire supporto telefonico e tramite crm ai clienti, farà docenze a corsi di formazione e webinar tecnici, preparerà documentazione e manualistica. è richiesta la disponibilità a effettuare trasferte per interventi in campo.
**Requisiti**:
- diploma in elettronica, elettrotécnica o telecomunicazioni
- laurea in ingegneria elettronica, elettrotécnica o meccanica
- necessaria la conoscenza della lingua inglese
- un plus è rappresentato dalla conoscenza della lingua tedesca e spagnola
- capacità di team work e problem solving
- esperienza pregressa in progettazione o manutenzione su impianti elettrici e/o fotovoltaici
