L’impatto che avrai

Ti unirai al nostro team Manutenzione nello stabilimento di Fabriano, riportando direttamente al responsabile della Manutenzione.
- Coordinerai alcuni progetti a livello manutenzione nei nostri quattro stabilimenti delle Marche.
- Collaborerai con i reparti e i responsabili tecnici dello stabilimento di Fabriano.
- Ti interfaccerai con i principali fornitori di componenti e parti di impianto, nonché con le varie ditte di montaggio coinvolte nei vari progetti.
- Monitorerai e sarai responsabile delle tempistiche, dei costi e della fattibilità dei progetti assegnati.
- Monitorerai e contribuirai al miglioramento dei principali KPI aziendali (efficienza, qualità, scarti, sicurezza sul lavoro), sensibilizzando i colleghi sulle tematiche relative al miglioramento continuo.
- Sarai di supporto al team e ai reparti produttivi dello stabilimento di Fabriano per quanto concerne le attività ordinarie e straordinarie.

Cosa porterai al team
- Hai una laurea in ingegneria meccanica, elettronica, industriale o gestionale.
- Hai rivestito per 2/3 anni un ruolo simile, con esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi in termini tecnici, di tempistiche e di costi.
- Hai una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello minimo B2).
- Hai una buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office e dei software di disegno CAD (AutoCad soprattutto).
- Sei un team player, hai spiccate doti comunicative e organizzative, di problem solving e forte orientamento ai risultati.
