To continue driving our mission forward, we are looking for a **Head of Sales** to join our team

**WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF**
- Building and leading the sales team by recruiting, training, and mentoring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.
- Monitoring the sales team’s performance, setting clear objectives, and driving the team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Personally contributing to revenue generation, setting an example as a sales leader through active engagement in sales efforts.
- Conducting continuous market research to stay ahead of trends and identify new lead generation and revenue opportunities.
- Working closely with the marketing team to ensure a consistent flow of qualified inbound leads that align with the sales strategy.
- Developing and maintaining sales playbooks, one-pagers, and other sales enablement materials to support the team’s performance.
- Continuously optimising sales processes and approaches based on real-time data and feedback, making quick, informed decisions to seize new opportunities.

**WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH**
- A highly entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to operate independently and take full ownership of your success and that of the sales team.
- Proven experience in building and optimising sales processes, with familiarity in using tools like HubSpot or Sales Prospecting Software to drive efficiency.
- A track record of meeting or surpassing revenue goals, with a passion for driving continued success in sales.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence internal and external partners, ensuring alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Language proficiency: Italian and English, both spoken and written.

**NICE TO HAVE**
- Experience in large-scale project management.
- Experience working in a rapidly changing and growth-oriented environment
- Professional experience abroad outside of Italy.
