**What makes you, makes Zegna**
As Junior Retail Operations Specialist you will be supporting the Retail Operations Team in ensuring Corporate guidelines, policies and procedures of Retail Operations.
**What makes up your day**
- Deploy Corporate guidelines, policies and procedures, checking the day-to-day on field adoption;
- Ensure all Stores’ opening and closing meet the required procedures and budget (e.g. Credit Sales procedure; physical Store Warehouse organization; managerial value for stock);
- Assure that in-store services (traffic counters, fragrance, store supplies, uniforms,...) are duly managed and optimized;
- Ensure policies and procedures related to inventory control and stock management are defined and in place;
- Monitor stock and sell through on a day-to-day basis to ensure cost effective management and the Merchandising Dept decisions are duly executed.

- Organizational skills;
- Ability to work in team;
- Fluent English, other languages a plus
- At least 6 months experience in similar role, preferred within Supply chain industry or Retail companies.
