**Corporate & Compliance Specialist - Internship**:

OTB Spa è alla ricerca di una/un **Corporate & Compliance Specialist** per la propria sede di Breganze.
La risorsa verrà inserita con uno stage di 6 mesi, al termine del quale si valuterà l’assunzione in OTB.

All’interno della funzione Governance & Compliance, la risorsa verrà affiancata al team nella gestione e mantenimento di programmi di compliance di Gruppo, in particolare imparando a svolgere le seguenti attività:

- Mantenere e aggiornare il modello di Corporate Governance di Gruppo;
- Analizzare la normativa di nuova emissione e il relativo impatto a livello di strategie, processi e procedure dell’azienda;
- Tenere un costante aggiornamento normativo con particolare riferimento alle normative di pertinenza della Funzione Compliance, tra le principali si citano GDPR, D.Lgs 231/2001, TU 81/08 ;
- Supportare il business rispetto alle ordinarie problematiche di compliance;
- Effettuare risk assessment mirati ad individuare eventuali scostamenti rispetto alla normativa in essere in merito alle tematiche di compliance e a sviluppare ed implementare un relativo piano di adeguamento rispetto ai gap emersi;
- Svolgere le verifiche dell'effettiva applicazione delle procedure aziendali ed identificare specifiche azioni correttive in caso di riscontro di anomalie;
- Svolgere attività di supporto a Organismi di Vigilanza ex D. Lgs 231/2001, quali a titolo esemplificativo predisposizione di reportistica verso i vertici aziendali, attività segretariale;
- Disegnare e svolgere verifiche di compliance e/o audit;
- Partecipare a progetti aziendali di adeguamento alla normativa di settore;
- Garantire supporto nella predisposizione della reportistica periodica sulle attività svolte in favore della Direzione e degli Organi di vertice della società e degli Organi Sociali.

**Job requirements**:

- Laurea in Economia o Giurisprudenza;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata;
- Ottime doti comunicative ed organizzative;
- Flessibilità, determinazione e dinamicità.
