**Chaberton Professionals** è la divisione di ricerca e selezione manageriale di **Chaberton Partners. **Per un’azienda cliente, operante nel _settore Farmaceutico e Medical Devices_, siamo alla ricerca di un/a **Maintenance Manager**

Il **Maintenance Manager** sarà responsabile della gestione e del coordinamento di tutte le attività di manutenzione presso gli impianti di produzione farmaceutica. Questo ruolo richiede una solida esperienza, competenze tecniche approfondite e la capacità di garantire il funzionamento affidabile degli impianti nel rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e qualità.
- Supervisionare il team di manutenzione, assegnare compiti, fornire orientamento e formazione, valutare le prestazioni
- Sviluppare piani di manutenzione preventiva e programmare le attività di manutenzione correttiva in modo da minimizzare il downtime e garantire la continuità operativa della produzione farmaceutica
- Coordinare l'allocazione delle risorse, compresi il personale, gli strumenti, le attrezzature e i materiali, per garantire che le attività di manutenzione siano eseguite in modo efficiente e conforme ai budget stabiliti
- Assicurarsi che tutte le attività di manutenzione siano eseguite in conformità con le normative di sicurezza e salute sul lavoro specifiche del settore farmaceutico e con le regolamentazioni GMP
- Lavorare a stretto contatto con altri dipartimenti, come produzione, qualità, ingegneria e approvvigionamento, per garantire una comunicazione efficace e una collaborazione sinergica nell'affrontare le esigenze di manutenzione
- Assicurarsi che tutte le attività di manutenzione siano documentate in modo accurato e completo, compilare report regolari sulle prestazioni del reparto di manutenzione e sugli interventi effettuati.
- Gestire le relazioni con i fornitori di servizi esterni e gli appaltatori per la manutenzione, assicurandosi che i servizi forniti siano conformi agli standard richiesti e che i contratti siano rispettati.

**Requirements**:

- Laurea in ingegneria meccanica, elettrica, chimica (o un campo correlato)
- **Esperienza significativa in ruoli di manutenzione**
- Capacità dimostrata di gestire e motivare il personale in un ambiente di lavoro dinamico
- Eccellenti competenze comunicative e capacità di lavorare in team
- Orientamento ai risultati e capacità di risolvere problemi in modo efficace
