PagoPA S.p.A. è alla ricerca di un/a **Lead Content Designer** da inserire nell’Area Design, del Dipartimento Product & Design, a diretto riporto dell’Head of Design. La risorsa avrà il compito di gestire il team di Content Design e guidare la produzione di microcopy per le interfacce web e mobile di PagoPA S.p.A., in linea con il brand e con la missione aziendale.

**RESPONSABILITÀ**:
Le principali responsabilità del/la _Lead Content Designer_ includono:

- coordinare le risorse del team di Content Design e pianificare il lavoro del team, gestendo priorità e scadenze e assicurandosi della qualità dell’output del lavoro;
- gestire le risorse del proprio team accompagnandole in un percorso di crescita: definire gli obiettivi annuali, raccogliere e restituire feedback, valutare le performance;
- dare un forte contributo al processo di lavoro del team di P&D, anche tramite l’adozione di nuovi strumenti e modalità di lavoro;
- scrivere contenuti per la UI, FAQ, contenuti informativi e di supporto all'assistenza e altri contenuti che contribuiscono all'esperienza utente end-to-end;
- gestire il mantenimento e l’evoluzione delle linee guida e del glossario dei prodotti di PagoPA S.p.A;
- contribuire all’evoluzione del design system dei prodotti PagoPA
- controllare l'attinenza del contenuto alle linea guida e al tone of voice definito per i prodotti e mantenerne la coerenza attraverso i diversi canali di prodotto e comunicazione;
- gestire la localizzazione del contenuto, coordinando i fornitori esterni, dettando le tempistiche e assicurandosi della qualità dell’output;
- testare il contenuto con gli utenti reali dei nostri prodotti,
- collaborare alla creazione di pitch e presentazioni rivolte ai clienti o agli stakeholder;
- contribuire alla cultura aziendale e all'innovazione nel team.

**REQUISITI MINIMI (PERSONALI E PROFESSIONALI)**:

- almeno 5 anni di esperienza come Content Designer / UX writer come freelance, o all’interno di studi o agenzie di livello internazionale o in team interni in settori correlati;
- almeno 5 progetti in ambito UX writing;
- grande capacità di scrittura, comunicazione, presentazione e grande attenzione al dettaglio;
- grande capacità di editing e proofreading;
- grande capacità di ascolto e negoziazione;
- conoscenza delle best practice a livello di contenuto per i migliori prodotti digitali internazionali;
- capacità di lavorare in team e di ascoltare feedback per migliorare il proprio lavoro;
- eccellente portfolio che mostri il lavoro di UX writing per prodotti web o applicazioni mobile e/o di definizione della content strategy per il cliente;
- conoscenza d'uso di Figma;
- ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.

**REQUISITI PREFERENZIALI**:

- esperienza di scrittura per diversi use case su un prodotto digitale complesso;
- esperienza pregressa nella scrittura di contenuti inclusivi e gender-neutral;
- confidenza con le tematiche relative all’accessibilità di prodotti e contenuti digitali;
- pregressa esperienza nella progettazione di servizi complessi e multicanale in grandi aziende o per la pubblica amministrazione;
- pregressa esperienza nella progettazione di servizi digitali utilizzati da pubblico molto vasto.

- Ottime doti relazionali e comunicative;
- capacità di Pianificazione e Organizzazione;
- capacità di lavorare in team;
- orientamento ai risultati;
- buona autonomia e indipendenza nella gestione delle attività.
