Project Manager

**We are looking for a Project Manager - Excellent English required.**

**Work location**: Brendola (Vi)

In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and organization of complex international moves from origin to recipient, coordinating with our international partners to ensure excellent customer service to our customers.

**Position**:

- Planning and organizing the workloads of the internal Logistics department;
- Management of resources (direct and indirect ones) operating in the market - external crews.
- Manage the logic and activities of deliveries and external pick-ups on scheduled dates and according to the necessary requirements;
- Optimize internal packing material flows;
- Interface with the Operations area offices. Management and Administration Control ensuring the correct management of the established processes;
- Work with various service providers;
- Coordination with customers of different nationalities by carrying out procedures in the process of improvement;
- Coordinating the processes of packing, loading, transportation, delivery, and customs documents.
- Control over the success of all services.
- Knowledge of USA Regulations - IT logistics section;
Excellent knowledge of the English language is required, both written and spoken (the interview will be held in English)

**Required Skills**:

- Experience in the Logistics/Supply Chain area gained over years;
- Management of logistics systems with a great amount of direct and indirect resources (external crews);
- Good communication and interpersonal skills together with a result-oriented personality and attention to detail;
- Willingness to learn new things while maintaining a flexible mindset;
- Team building skills;
- Responsible and dynamic working method;
- Similar work experience is an advantage.
