**What you'll do**:
If you get energized seeing people develop and grow, join this fast-paced and innovative organization as a Human Resources Business Partner Consumer Experience Product Line R&D Food Preservation.

You will report to the to the Human Resources Business Partner Consumer Experience Product Line for Food Preservation & Wellbeing.

You have a problem-solving approach from a business-first perspective,

and relate to what creates an outstanding experience for our consumers and what impacts profitability.

You will act as a coach for managers on leadership, culture, engagement, and delivery capability, implement the people plan objectives, and build a future-ready organization.

**In detail, you will**:

- Be an active member of the Food Preservation R&D leadership team, partnering with Food Preservation R&D leaders on all organizational levels, supporting them with people and organizational development matters, always in close collaboration with Business Area HRBP’s.
- Implement the CX People Plan for Food Preservation
- Lead initiatives to enable a high performing learning organization - mainly in areas of leadership and team development, functional competence, and career development, change management and diversity and inclusion.
- Identify, mentor, and grow talent pipeline.
- Co-develop, drive, and administrate the internal communication channels to drive engagement, transparency and effective information and knowledge sharing.
- Co-drive initiatives together with Business Areas HRBP’s to further strengthen our ONE R&D Community through inspiration, engagement and collaboration enabling activities.
- Manage People processes such as talent, performance, rewards and recruitments.
- Contribute to prioritized workstreams and/or projects in line with the business and people agenda.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in business or a related field
- HR Business Partnering or related experience, preferably in a multinational, matrix organization.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how the business agenda drives people imperatives and future organizational needs.
- A team player with the ability to take initiative, share, and gather opinions and perspectives to reach the preferred solution.
- High levels of resourcefulness and resilience to drive execution (strategy through implementation)
- Structured self-leadership with a high level of accountability and autonomy to drive the implementation of prioritized HR/organizational initiatives and operational tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
