About the Role
Product Owners are leadership team members, who will manage the entire product development process within the Digital division.
They research and analyze customer needs to determine which features to include in products and propose product features ideas to stakeholders.
The Product Owner connects product strategy and development.
Responsible for the product backlog, sprint organization, and answering developer questions as needed.
Responsibilities
- Product backlog management and prioritization
- Translate corporate product strategies into development activities
- Knowledge of the market and customer needs
- Act as the liaison between product marketing and development
- Coordinate different teams collaborating on development while ensuring overall plan execution
Requirements
- Consumer obsession and market analysis
- Data analysis and reporting
- Agile methodology and Scrum framework for developing digital products
- Basic UX/UI and design of consumer-oriented products
- Team Building and Leadership of multifunctional teams
- Knowledge of the English language
