Lobby Ambassador

**Position**: Lobby Ambassador - Season 2023 (Full time #534601)

**Property / Office**: Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como

**Location**: Lake Como, Italy

Main responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome all Guests approaching the Front Desk in accordance with the hotel standards.
- Graciously accompany the Guests to their Rooms, giving instructions and answering to all their questions about the Resort.
- Show the Guests the different parts of the Resort and how to reach them.
- Handle guest requests in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Ascertain that the Lobby areas are always in order and at their best.
- Be responsible for the Guests’ flow in the Lobby, assuring that order and stillness are maintained.
- Establish and maintain good communication and teamwork with colleagues and other hotel departments.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English and Italian;
- Excellent guest service attitude;
- Charming and outgoing personality with excellent manners and communication skills;
- Teamwork skills and attitude;
- Able to stand for extended periods of time;
- Flexible schedules and working hours.
