**Job Summary**

Reporting to the BI Lead, the Business & Sales Analyst provides business support by creating, optimizing and managing all ad hoc and recurrent analyses needed by internal or external stakeholders, in particular:

- External interactions Supporting customer requests.
- Internal interactions both within sales (Area managers and NKAs) and outside (Management, finance and customer service).

**Essential Functions & Accountabilities**
- Creates, optimizes and manages all sales reports to be sent to internal and external stake holders (like Buying groups and Chains) be them recurrent or ad-hoc.
- Monitors and tracks promotional objectives and priorities for sales teams.
- Helps enhancing the quality of pricing management, contract management, forecasting and auditing processes.
- Liaises with Customer service relationship to send information and request by the customers.
- Back-office administration activities.

**Scope**

Reports to the BI Lead. Regular interaction with internal stakeholders (sales organisation, marketing, finance, customer service, and with the area of contract management on a regional level).

**Qualifications**

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Proven analytical skills; a metric-driven mindset focused on setting and measuring KPIs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are critical - must adhere to deadlines, multi-task and be able to prioritize.
- Strong accountability and work ethics. Must be keen to walk the extra mile to deliver.
- Ability to learn quickly and manage workload in a cooperative and demanding environment.
- Entrepreneurial, open to innovate and contribute with new ideas. Problem solving approach.
- Hands-on, self-motivated.
- Strong in building relationships and able to communicate at all levels.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, proof reading and collating complex information into reports.
- Aptitude for presenting data in a clear and concise way.
- Excellent IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good in spoken and written English.

**Work Environment**:

- Office environment, sitting in front of a computer.

**Experience
- A minimum of 3-4 years working in sales back-office or in customer admin activities.

**Education
- Diploma is preferred.
