The Sponsorship Manager will drive the organization’s sponsorship strategies and the portfolio of sponsorship events. They will identify and pursue potential sponsors after targeted research. They will work closely with internal teams to plan partner and sponsor acquisition strategy, and manages the accounts of sponsors, serving as the point of contact between sponsors and the organization.
- Identify potential sponsors to support new sponsorships for the organization.
- Conduct negotiation of new sponsorship agreements and extension of existing sponsorship agreements.
- Manage onboarding of new sponsors.
- Develop plans to close gaps in sponsorship portfolio.
- Develop proposals in alignment with sponsorship strategies with insights from market research, portfolio gap analysis, and overall strategies.
- Formulate research parameters to identify industry and market trends for development of sponsorship strategies.
- Propose sponsorship performance metrics and key performance indicators.
- Recommend improvements for future events to achieve better outcomes for sponsors.
- Review terms of sponsorship agreements to ensure they are financially viable.
- Salary plus commission D.O.E.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: €50,000.00 - €70,000.00 per year
