**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

**Position**:
We are searching for a person who will join our Human Resources area as **WORKFORCE JOURNEY INTERNSHIP.**

Workforce Journey Internship will be responsible for activities such as:

- Support in planning and developing training for learning objectives, during the pre-games and games time, focusing on the operational elements of the project such as meeting deadlines, and completing deliverables;
- Provides support for training programs launch;
- Assists in development of training materials;
- Preparation of reports that represent and enhance the training actions delivered;
- Evaluates the effectiveness of the Learning Experience, through the use of digital engagement techniques;
- Support a constant and updated intranet management;
- Collaborate with the functional areas to identify and find innovative and interesting topics to share.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in humanities or business discpline, preferably in human resources field.
- Good level of English (B2).
- Team working skills with the ability to work in an international environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Organized and capable of working on independently with good communication and co-operation skills, open and sharing, to deal with country-based staff and internal customers.
- Self-contained and proactive - Solution and delivery oriented.
- Self-disciplined with good time management and planning skills.
- Delivering results and meeting internal customer expectations.
