QUALITY MANAGER

L\'Confidenziale, agli investimenti tecnici e di innovazione, ha implementato procedure specifiche di alta qualità e un approccio lean, che gli permette di fornire un prodotto altamente competitivo e performante, sviluppato in co-design con il cliente.PosizioneRiportando al responsabile di stabilimento e coordinando 5 risorse, la risorsa avrà la responsabilità di gestire tutta la qualità aziendale processo, prodotto e clienti.

In particolare si occuperà di:

- Sviluppare la cultura della qualità \'interno dell\'Confidenziale e curare l\'immagine dell\'Confidenziale verso i clienti sul piano della qualità
- Gestire la certificazione IATF e il relativo sistema qualità, supervisionando il proprio team di risorse
- Assistere i clienti sul piano della qualità, assicurando una corretta gestione di eventuali problematiche
- Monitorare e contribuire al raggiungimento deiKPI come ad esempio la riduzione dei claims dei clienti - del di scarti in produzione
- Supportare lo sviluppo e la crescita del business, contribuendo \'implementazione di nuovi processi e \'individuazione di aree di miglioramentoRequisitiLa risorsa ideale è in possesso dei seguenti:

- Formazione in ambito tecnico, gradita laurea in Ingegneria
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente presso realtà produttive in ambito automotive
- Conoscenza dei principali strumenti e approcci della qualità in ambito automotive ad esempio:
SPC, APQP, PPAP, 8D, MSA
- Buona conoscenza della lingua ingleseAltre informazioniÈ previsto l\'inserimento a tempo indeterminato ed una RAL che sarà valutata in base \'esperienza.
