**Roles & Objectives**:
As an Intern you will be part of our Operations Communications Department for Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A and will be reporting to Manager Operations Communications. The position will be based in Bologna.

In your role, you will join the Global team supporting in managing internal communication for the Operations department. You will be responsible for events organization, from the event’s concept to speakers’ engagement, content preparation, and logistics. You will support the design of communication campaigns and the creation of specific results and pieces of communication.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating engagement and networking events for Global function in Bologna site
- Creation of video or written interviews with different internal stakeholders
- Support in the development and launch of global communication campaigns from concept, development, deployment and measurement of results

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism or related fields
- Literacy in Office Suite
- Proficient in English and in Italian
- Ability to work alone, in team and to engage with multi-functional collaborators
- Video creation - entry level
- Graphic Design Programs (Canva, Photoshop) - entry level
