Learning Solution Designer

lo stabilimento di Roma, sede del management, della divisione seeker e del centro di produzione software; il sito di La Spezia, che si occupa prevalentemente dello sviluppo dei prodotti del settore anti-nave e che vanta uno stabilimento dedicato all’integrazione pirica; il sito di Fusaro, dedicato alla produzione meccanica, allo sviluppo dei sistemi a radio frequenza ed al centro di produzione dei radome ceramici.

Responsabilità

Your main missions will be to for MBDA employees training programmes:

- Design training programmes based on skills and competency analysis needed (Statement Of Work definition, RFI / RFP, provider selection and/or internal lecturers/SME support in training material design, pilot session assessment and validation)
- IDENTIFY stakehoders (business and customer) learning needs;
- DEFINE context of the request:
targeted population, action plan, and learning outcome; identity best learning solution(s) for each Stakeholder and Review and confirm KPI / Learning outcomes;
- EVALUATE existing training offer included in the scope of the project;
- RESEARCH current digital learning trends:
baseline (script storyboard, Importante Azienda over, facilitation kit for F2F or virtual classroom)
- MONITOR the performance of stakeholders and make recommendations for improvement;
- ANALYSE trainees’ evaluations and feedbacks;
- ASSESS learning transfer and experience based on measurable parameters;
- REVIEW and improve the quality of learning deliverables;
- MAINTAIN project documentation and course archives;
- REPORT on baseline metrics for learning engagement, program outcomes, and ROI. Use web analytics software to. Familiarity with at least one Learning Management System platform.

Functie-eisen

These skills are essential:

- Master’s degree in Learning Experience Design and Educational Technology (Creating innovative, adult-oriented learning solutions that encourage employees to achieve the highest business impact);
- At least 3 years’ experience;
Experience in designing highly engaging, F2F and blended learning that aligns to desired business outcomes;
- Experience working with agile approaches and methodologies;
- Capable of working within a team;
- Excellent communication skills coupled with strong stakeholder management ability to inspire and influence;
- Good planning and organisational skills;
You will also have:

- Experience and desire to work in a multicultural context;
- Experience working with remote international teams;
- Project management knowledge;
- Excellent language skills (Italian and English).
