The Order Handling Specialist is the first point of contact for Motion Service customers and business partners in Italy and overseas. In this role and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the team by reacting to customer inquiries.

**This position reports to**:
Sales Support Manager - Customer Support

**Your responsibilities**:

- Process orders by coordinating with Sales, Project Management, Operations, Logistic and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Ensure accuracy of ERP with regard to commercial master data, payment/trade policy, customer contracts, etc.
- Ensure the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Project Management, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.
- Support Sales team in After-Sales Service with resolution of customer issues and by ensuring effective and efficient customer communication.
- Inform customers about issue status based on inputs and clarifies any questions.

**Your background**:

- Diploma.
- Knowledge of SAP is nice to have.
- Good Knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge of principles and practices in customer service and experience in similar role is nice to have.
- Knowledge of Italian and English languages.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
