Eurofins NSC Italia, in qualità di National Service Center, fornisce servizi amministrativi alle società italiane del Gruppo presenti su tutto il territorio nazionale.

Descrizione del lavoro

Eurofins NSC ricerca per la propria sede di **Vimodrone (MI)** un Head of Accounting and Reporting. La persona farà parte del team Accounting e Reporting e seguirà in autonomia un definito gruppo di società riportando alla Managing Director di Eurofins NSC Italia.

Nello specifico si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- Verifica della corretta e puntuale tenuta delle scritture contabili dal team A/P di NSC per le società assegnate;
- Definizione e implementazione di adeguate procedure per la corretta tenuta e il puntuale aggiornamento del general ledger;
- Accuratezza e rispetto delle scadenze nella predisposizione dei bilanci d’esercizio e dei relativi allegati;
- Accuratezza e rispetto delle scadenze nella produzione e finalizzazione della Reportistica di Gruppo mensile secondo i principi internazionali;
- Accurato e tempestivo supporto al Management nelle analisi dei dati economici e patrimoniali;
- Adeguata organizzazione dei processi interaziendali, compresa la regolare riconciliazione dei saldi infragruppo;
- Gestione del rapporto con la società di revisione;
- Preparazione dati per Intrastat, LIPE, 770 semplificato etc;
- Preparazione e fornitura tempestiva della documentazione necessaria agli stakeholders delle aziende seguite;
- Garanzia della qualità e del rispetto delle scadenze per la preparazione e la trasmissione delle dichiarazioni fiscali ed altri adempimenti obbligatori.

Qualifiche
- Laurea triennale e magistrale / laurea v.o. in Economia e Commercio
- Ha ricoperto attività simili, in cui è pienamente autonomo, per un periodo di almeno 5 - 6 anni
- Livello medio-alto di conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
- Ottima conoscenza di Excel
- Esperienza nella reportistica IFRS.
- Completano il profilo discrezione, precisione e capacità di tenere alta concentrazione anche in periodi di attività intensa.
