Intesa Sanpaolo is the banking group leader in Italy. Assisting more than 14,6 milion of retail customers through a network of 5360 branches, it significantly supports the development of Companies and gives an important sustain to the country's growth. The Group has a selected retail banking presence in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, with approximately 1,000 branches and 7.2 million customers in 12 countries. Intesa Sanpaolo is also present in 25 countries in support of its corporate customers’ cross-border business. It is looking for new qualify profiles who want to face demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements:_

**Scope and Purpose**:
The Associate will be involved in the following activities:

- Support senior colleagues in identifying, originating and executing syndicated loan transactions across the EMEA market;
- Produce client related marketing materials: definition of the main terms and conditions, syndication strategies and bank liquidity analysis
- Assess and manage market risk deriving from proposed transactions;
- Monitor market trends in the different loan asset classes and maintain proprietary market and client info databases;
- Follow investors invited in syndication at all stages, in coordination to the extent necessary with product desks and other internal functions;
- Support in the origination of ESG loans: analysis of the customer's sustainability profile and definition of possible KPIs;
- Interaction with colleagues from other desks to prepare customer presentations, internal reports and notes for the risk committee;
- Work on various internal projects / requests assigned by team members and actively participate in meetings expebcib

**Required Experience**:
Ideally previous experience in Loan Syndication / DCM / Credit or Structured Finance Teams with deal execution experience and ability to prepare and organize marketing materials

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge**:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent;
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in English, additional international language is a plus;
- Professional Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite package;
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, attention to detail and proactiveness;
- Ability to work under pressure and within a daily deadline-oriented environment;
- Understanding of syndicated loans financing and international capital markets
