**USER EXPERIENCE DESIGNER**

La risorsa, rispondendo al Web Product Manager della società, avrà come obiettivo:

- La responsabilità della definizione della User Experience, dal modello di navigazione alle le aree logiche, studiando i contenuti e le funzionalità del prodotto;
- Progettare l’interfaccia tramite wireframe e mockup, ponendo attenzione all’usabilità e alla fluidità delle interazioni, anche in contesti di sistemi digitali complessi;
Requisiti richiesti:

- Conosce i principi del Design Thinking, dello Human/Data Centered Design e sa come sfruttare le metodologie che caratterizzano queste discipline;
- Ha dimestichezza con i principali software di progettazione per prototipi ad alta/media fedeltà (Figma, Framer, Adobe XD);
- È in grado di modellare scenari complessi attraverso Personas, Customer Journey, Scenari e Casi d’Uso;
- Sa impostare e comunicare una architettura informativa attraverso tassonomie, mappe di contenuto e alberi di navigazione;
- Ha esperienza nella progettazione di flussi funzionali utilizzando Diagrammi di flusso, Wireframe e Wireflow;
- Sa condurre attività strutturate di ricerca, co-design, workshop e focus group con clienti e utenti, dalla definizione degli obiettivi alla restituzione dei risultati;
- È in grado di valutare e stimare macro indicatori di progetto che riguardino tempistiche, fattibilità e impegno di differenti soluzioni;
- Sa redigere documenti tecnici e argomentare scelte progettuali;
- È propenso alla crescita, all’evoluzione e all’apprendimento costante;
- È curioso verso tutto ciò che riguarda gli ambiti di innovazione, comunicazione, tecnologia e design;
- Ha capacità di organizzazione del lavoro proprio e altrui, velocità di esecuzione e capacità di operare sia in autonomia che in team a seconda del contesto;
Constituisce titolo preferenziale l'aver avuto esperienza su progetti di piattaforme ecommerce e più in generale dei processi di acquisto dal punto di vista della user experience.
