**Job Summary**

The Service Data Administrator provides administrative support to the Cost and Planning team, providing effective and efficient administration of all service activities. This includes administration of payments to service partners, DOA credits, invoicing and support for the service channel to meet financial and operational KPI’s.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process service credits to authorised service partners. Create purchase orders and accounting accruals in SAP
- Process service invoices from authorised service partners. Assist in the preparation of month-end accruals and approval processes and produce monthly reports for service costs and payments
- Work with distributors and direct customers to process DOA credits and manage related logistics process as required
- Produce contractual documentation as required by 3rd Party Network team
- Work with service partners, service dealers and distributors to ensure they have the required spares to meet operational KPI’s. Manage urgent requirements, forecast required spares based on ongoing run rates and ensure that stock rotation is within agreed KPI’s
- Provide support to service partners, as required, for spares escalations, invoicing and portal issues
- Provide general administrative support to the local Service team as required
- Produce invoices to large accounts for chargeable repairs as per agreed contractual terms
- Contribute to process improvements across all service controlling activities, including the development and improvement of internal procedures and internal controls

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrable experience with data entry and/or (service) administration
- Understanding of or experience with financial processing
- Previous experience of SAP (SM, SD and/or MM module) and Business Warehouse is desirable
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills with advanced Excel essential
- Good attention to detail to be able to accurately input data within a timely manner
- Looks beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications. Uses creativity to solve problems and create solutions. Shows innovation in style of working
- Ability to work with remote teams
