The NPD Program Manager (for new Product Development and Programs) leads the multifunctional team to execute the assigned programs and to achieve the product requirements on budget, on schedule and in compliance with the Product Specification. You will work closely with Product Leaders, System, Engineers and others in the Program team (Engineering, Procurement, Application Engineering, Manufactoring, Service) to ensure all stakeholder expectations are met.

As a NPD Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Be responsible for the vertical integration of the program-related works, including materials, manufacturing engineering, supply chain qualification and product industrialization, into an Integrated Program Team
- Lead and oversee design, development, testing verification and validation of NPD on time and within assigned budget, supporting the introduction to market
- Deliver programs compliant to customer expectations and product specifications; grant flawless execution from conceptual to a fully industrialized product (including documentation and sales tools)
- Work directly with end Customer and business stakeholders; provide regular reporting and communication of program status/progress to the Senior Leadership, in strong coordination with Finance and Operation teams

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Master's degree in Engineering or Science or closely related field
- Have significant work experience in the area of Engineering and Project Management or equivalent
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze complex issues and decompose these into a manageable set of tasks
- Have strong coaching experience and have experience of leading projects with global teams,
- Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems
- Be professional proficient in English and Italian
